We provide production lines for WPC CLADDING with special extrusion technology.

Plant capacity :

• 100 Kg/hour with a standard output size of 300 mm x 300 mm
• 200 kg/hour with a standard output size of 300 mm x 300 mm

Panel width : 300 mm (maximum)
Panel length : as per requirement through online cutting system
Panel sizes : based on width of tile or cladding like 900 mm x 12 mm, 300 mm x 300 mm, 300 mm x 450 mm, 600 mm x 600 mm and other customised sizes
Board colors : Multiple colours, as per requirement of customer
Product thickness range : 9 mm to 300 mm
Panel density : 650 Kg/m3 to 800 Kg/m3

Raw materials
Natural fibers : wood waste, saw mill waste, wood powder, wood flour, wood chips, bagasse, bamboo, coir fibres, rice husk, cotton stalks
Polymers : PE/PP virgin or PE/PP recycled
